Anxiety, anxiousness, anxiety attacks, panic attacks
Are you suffering from something inside yourself, but outside of your control? You may be suffering from anxiety, in the form of generalised anxiety, anxiety attacks or panic attacks. The objective of hypno-analysis is to find the root cause and therefore deal with the symptoms.

You must of course consult a physician if there is any doubt about the cause of your symptoms.
A typical response that I hear from clients is: “I can’t understand it, my job’s okay,  my relationship is  fine, my home life is good, but yet I still feel a strange feeling of anxiousness inside, and I can’t really explain it...” It’s like suffering from something inside yourself, but yet out of your control - a sort of feeling of fear, but with nothing specific to direct that fear onto. It may persist for just seconds, or much longer periods.
whatsoever, you must consult a physician to rule out any underlying physical problems.

When anxiety is more generalised, and taking place over a longer period of time (without the immediacy of an ‘attack’), the symptoms may include some of the attack symptoms, and often also include some of the following:

·
Being easily startled or shocked.
·
Problems with sleeping.
·
Problems concentrating.
·
A feeling of being ‘on edge’ and restless.
·
Irritability problems.
·
Muscle tensions.
·
Tiredness.

Generalised anxiety can exist for short or long periods of time, sometimes without relief.
