Fee £75 per one hour session
At the end of the Initial Consultation, if we can offer you our help, then you will be offered one or more therapy sessions.
If, for any reason we cannot offer you a way forward we will endeavour to suggest a different approach for you. Sometimes we have gone to great lengths to suggest a different approach and you can be assured of our best attention at all times.

It is recommended that you take advantage of a free Initial Consultation, normally lasting 30-60 minutes. There is no charge or obligation for this. Before we can help you, it is essential that we fully understand your needs. It also gives an opportunity to answer any questions that you may have. If a session is cancelled, the Winchester Hypnotherapy Practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
We have this policy because the room has been reserved for you, and your therapist may have travelled some distance to see you. Also, other pressing clients may have been postponed to reserve the session for you.

For all other problems, including most fears and phobias. Usually takes between 6-8 sessions (50 minutes each). Up to a maximum of 12 sessions. Two payments are taken at the first session, and no payment on the final session.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Please note that debit and credit cards cannot be used for payment.
