At the end of the Initial Consultation, if we can offer you our help, then you will be offered one or more therapy sessions.
If, for any reason we cannot offer you a way forward we will endeavour to suggest a different approach for you. Sometimes we have gone to great lengths to suggest a different approach and you can be assured of our best attention at all times.

It is recommended that you take advantage of a free Initial Consultation, normally lasting 30-60 minutes. There is no charge or obligation for this. Before we can help you, it is essential that we fully understand your needs. It also gives an opportunity to answer any questions that you may have. For all other problems, including most fears and phobias. Usually takes between 6-8 sessions (50 minutes each). Up to a maximum of 12 sessions. Two payments are taken at the first session, and no payment on the final session.
Fee £68 per session
Please note that all clients are only seen by prior appointment, and no casual callers are seen.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Please note that debit and credit cards cannot be used for payment.
Usually around 3-5 sessions are recommended, each one lasting around one hour (number of sessions depends very much on the type of medical treatment and the stage of the medical treatment.
