Uncovering the causes of emotional problems
Analytical Therapy (hypno-analysis) is used to uncover the causes of psychological problems which are producing external symptoms.
What is treated by Analytical Therapy?
Emotional problems respond particularly well to Analytical Therapy. The therapy is based on the doctrine of ‘cause and effect’, where every symptom must have a cause. Analytical Therapy can reveal and remove the cause, thus removing the symptoms. The objective of Analytical Therapy is to bring you to ‘a moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment’ and bring about a lasting release from the symptoms - many other types of treatment seek to control the symptoms, but Analytical Therapy seeks to remove the cause.
In general, this would include panic attacks, deep seated fears and phobias, some sleep issues, sexual problems, addictions, and deeper rooted emotional problems.
How many sessions does it take?
Most clients will take around 6-8 sessions, but it may take anywhere up to a maximum of 12 sessions. The number of sessions needed varies according to the person and the issues. The sessions are 50 minutes duration and held at approximately weekly intervals.
