Winchester Hypnotherapy Practice treats client confidentiality with the highest regard and consequently does not share any personal data with any third parties, ever. The practice goes to great lengths to protect your confidentiality. Your details are known only by your therapist and no receptionist knows anything about you. We deal with all kinds of people, including leading academics, judges, international business people, sports people, and so on. Whoever you are, whatever stage of life you are at, you can be assured that we will treat your confidentiality with the highest regard.
An example of this in action is that if someone phones us to ask about their spouse, we will not even acknowledge whether or not a person of that name is in therapy with us, unless this has been arranged previously by the client. All dealings are direct between client and therapist.
Any personal data collected (such as name and phone number) is held in the strictest of confidence by your therapist. If you have any concerns about your privacy or confidentiality in dealing with the Practice, please contact me by email, detailing your concerns. I will be happy to re-assure you.
